Why I built MyAgentFlow.

I'm not a real estate agent. I'm a software founder who watched family members and friends in the business spend thousands of dollars a year on tools that they didn't own, didn't fully use, and lost access to every time they switched brokers.

The pattern was always the same. An agent signs with a brokerage. The brokerage hands them a kvCORE login, a Boomtown login, a Follow Up Boss seat — whichever stack the office had bought that year. The agent spends six months learning it, ten hours a week in it, and finally has a contact list, a website, and a few drip campaigns that sound like them. Then they switch brokerages, and all of that work — the website, the leads, the writing — stays behind. The new brokerage hands them a different login, and they start over.

That's not a software problem. That's a business model problem. The platforms are sold to brokerages, so the brokerages are the customer. The agent is the product. When the agent leaves, the brokerage keeps the data because the brokerage paid for it.

I built MyAgentFlow the other way around. The agent signs up directly. The agent pays the bill. The agent owns the website, the contacts, the email history, the drip campaigns, the social posts, every word the AI wrote in their voice. When the agent changes brokerages, they update one branding field, and that's it. Everything else travels.

The other thing that bothered me was the pricing. A solo agent who's clearing 6 transactions a year shouldn't be paying $200–$400/mo for software they barely have time to use. The realistic economics: most agents need a website, a CRM that doesn't suck, email that lands in the inbox, a few landing pages, and someone to write the boring stuff so they can be in the car showing houses. That's what a marketing assistant does, and that's what AI is now good at. $99/mo is what it costs us to run plus a margin we can live on — not a brokerage-tier $400+/mo with a brokerage-tier sales process.

A few honest caveats. We're new. We don't have deep MLS integration yet — that's coming, but for now if your business depends on IDX search inside your own website, we're probably not the right pick. We're a small team. The product gets better every week, but it isn't enterprise-mature. And the AI is held on a tight leash — it won't invent your sales record, your awards, or your testimonials. Some platforms will. We won't.

If you're a solo agent who's tired of paying for tools that don't follow you home, give us a free trial. If it isn't better than what you have, cancel and we part friends. If you have feedback, my inbox is open — every email gets a reply from a human, because we're still small enough that that's true.
